Internet back up and Talia's gymnastics

I don't want to rail against the lack of customer service here in France since I do that too often. One of my tricks around it is to go to the place and talk to the people before doing anything. I went down to Orange (formally France Telecom) and explained that we had no T.V., no internet and no phone.
